2025 By The Numbers

What do design hours, pet cameos, cities visited, and red heart emojis have in common? They all add up to a very B&Co. kind of year. 2025 was packed with big ideas, memorable projects, and all the little rituals that keep our little studio humming. Instead of a long recap, we’ll let the metrics (and the margaritas) do the talking. Here’s our year, by the numbers.

✸ 1,092 Cans of Bubbly Water Cracked Open

We crunched the numbers and, yes, it’s official: we might actually be 60% sparkling water at this point. Every brainstorm, brand story, and logo design was powered by tiny, fizzy bubbles.

✸ 10 Cities, Countless Discoveries

From the barrier island of Isle of Palms to sunny Santa Monica, our team crisscrossed the U.S. to explore and immerse ourselves in our clients’ markets — from site visits and competitor shops to meeting clients where they are (literally). Each new skyline brought fresh insights and big ideas.

✸ 6 Pets, Zero Professional Boundaries

From cat tails drifting across the screen to dogs demanding mid-day walk breaks, our four-legged coworkers made Zoom call cameos this year. While they have zero professional boundaries, Beau, Frau, Figaro, Pickles, Kendall and Ronin might be the real secret behind our best ideas.

✸ 374 Hours of Logo Love

From moodboard to first sketch to final send off, we poured over 374 hours into building bold, ownable visual identities. Curves, type, and kerning — each one obsessively tweaked so our clients’ brands hit just right.

✸ 61 Collective Years

Our team celebrated 61 collective years with B&Co., including Andrea and Jeffrey’s dozen on the job.

✸ 228 ❤️ Reactions

We hit the red heart emoji 228 times across Slack this year—celebrating small wins, big launches, and everything in between. Over the top? Maybe. But we’re big believers in over-communicating appreciation.

✸ 1 Indie Rebel Award Won

She didn’t just get nominated—she brought it home. This year, the B&Co. team came together to nominate B&Co. President Brigette Harenda for the Independent Lodging Congress’s Indie Rebel Award—and she won! Hell yeah! The Indie Rebel Award celebrates the boldest in hospitality and travel: those pioneering new concepts, breaking the rules, and coloring outside the lines. And this year, that rebel is one of our own. Congratulations again, Brigette!

Here’s to another year of big ideas, bold brands, and all the quirky little stats that tell our story—we can’t wait to see what numbers 2026 brings.
