Job Description

As an Account Executive for B&Co, your main responsibility is establishing and upholding outstanding relationships with clients who have trusted us with their valuable brands. Effective project management skills are essential to ensure all projects stay on track, including meeting deadlines within a given budget.

Responsibilities

Duties include but may not be limited to the following:

• A desire to thoroughly understand the client’s industry and business to align strategy and achieve overall project objectives.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships, and act as a liaison between the client and agency
• Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating planning meetings, creating agendas, ensuring timely follow-ups, and managing daily communications and correspondence.
• Overall development and execution of our client’s annual and/or project-based plans and budgets.
• Effective use of our established systems, including project management, time tracking, the and company server
• Assistance with copywriting and image direction for advertisements, posters, brochures, sales materials, client presentations, and operational documents as needed.
• Ensures that our client’s brand standards are consistently met.
• Maintain all time entries
• Work with the Director of Operations to complete the monthly invoicing process.
• Contribute to administrative duties as needed.
• Travel as necessary (up to 10% of your time).
• New business support as needed, including research and participation in presentations and pitches.
• Meet all deadlines as set by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience working in an agency and/or hospitality marketing role.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, proofreading, and organizational skills.
