After purchasing the post-modern building designed by architect Voy Madeyski, NYC-based Time Equities, Inc. embarked upon a $30 million renovation to establish 310W as a Class A office and retail complex. They turned to B&Co. to share news of the improvements with the community.
A series of events targeting both the general public and real estate brokers invited Milwaukee inside to what was once a high-security federal building.
B&Co. is sharing updates on the restored 14-story atrium skylight, fresh new modern finishes and inviting public spaces through social media, a website blog, email marketing, PR and a series of videos.
As part of Time Equities’ nationally recognized Art-in-Buildings program, 310W commissioned a site-specific artwork by Claudia Chaseling. Known as mutopia 2, the spatial painting draws on and incorporates the architecture of the dramatic space.
