What we uncovered working with the team at Brillo was that their story is underpinned by the trust and pride they evoke in their clients. Their craft and care shine through in everything they do, from small jobs to extensive projects, fostering a warm client-contractor relationship. Those feelings of comfort and confidence became the brand’s new foundation as we built a narrative framework focused on the spirit of family.

When our story was established, we helped the team select a moniker that made their services clear and personal touches evident. Today, their new moniker, “Home Renovators,” clearly conveys what they do and who they are.

Well-versed in color, texture and design, the Brillo and B&Co. teams collaborated to create a visual identity that the client had envisioned for years. Humanist typefaces, clean and earthy tones, and publication-like layouts proved the ideal canvas and matboard.

This approach allowed the photography of Brillo’s fine work and handmade details to serve as the hero in each branded interaction. Paired with a crisp, timeless wordmark and a ownable icon that Brillo could neatly apply to uniforms, gifts, and more, the Brillo brand could confidently step into a new era of its long and successful legacy.
