After acquiring a modest waterfront hotel in Marathon, FL, the Prime Group set out to transform the property into a marina resort unlike anything else in the Middle Keys. B&Co. was called on to develop branding befitting of the new Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club as part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.

Faro Blanco
The Middle Keys are unlike the luxury of Playa Largo and the party that is Key West. Our branding captured the brand personality of that middle child. An active brand with something to prove while remaining easygoing and approachable.
Here, in the shadow of a historic red and white lighthouse, is the perfect base camp for unexpected exploration. As the bridge between land and sea, and the upper and lower Keys, the new Faro Blanco beckons guests to connect with their pristine surroundings and to each other.
We explored each step of the journey of the guest to create activations to bring the brand story to life.
You’ve Arrived
Leaning into the pillars of the brand, we developed guest experiences that capitalized on Faro Blanco’s enchanting location and all-new amenities. For guests who come to reel in the prized catch of the day, we concepted a Fish Cleaning Station to filet their trophies and have them prepared for dinner by the chef. We even designed special branded packaging that allows guests to ship home ice-cold parcels of their fresh-caught blackfin tuna or wahoo.
Pleased with our initial ideas, the client pushed our team further to create a real Key West experience.
From sipping on delicious local coffee to a Sunrise Painting Class, Faro Blanco stays true to the brand promise.
Guests are even invited to share their fish tales on a Community Chalkboard – from what they caught to the one they spotted. For land lovers taking in the spectacular Marathon view, we created a Sunrise & Sunset Painting Class. Led by a local artist at sunrise and sunset on the dock, guests are invited to paint what they see on rollable canvas with quick dry paints for easy packing back home. Morning includes a local coffee, and in the evening a glass of wine. These activities give guests something to take home, in addition to the lifetime of memories made in the Keys.
