Restoring hope and dignity to those in need in the community.

Available 24/7, 365 days a year, Hebron Housing Services is dedicated to ending homelessness. Between three shelters serving different purposes for different people including children, Hebron Housing Services uses case management techniques to tend to each and every individual. The goal is to identify the root of the problem, understand the ripple effect and work toward self-sustainability and long-term housing solutions.

As a major pro-bono project, B&Co. managed the rebranding of the 40-year-old agency. Changing the name from Hebron House to Hebron Housing Services reflected the full mission of the multi-location organization. After visual identity and key messaging were established, we turned to the website, aimed at telling the story and serving as a major fundraising vehicle. Simple, colorful and hopeful, the site now conveys the message that it is not a failure to seek emergency shelter. Clarifying the mission, process and location information, Hebron Housing Services was no longer in an identity crisis.

With the donate button present on every page, website traffic is funneled toward a variety of ways to give. The site was constructed in a narrative, from what Hebron Housing Services is all about to why each resident and staff member is important in the fight to end homelessness.

B&Co. delivered new marketing materials, donor tools, social media graphics, an informational newsletter template and a greater online presence. The result has been a dramatic increase in individual gifts and gala attendance.
