- Visual Identity
We developed a visual identity system that uniquely aligns with the dynamic and edgy traits of the Riverwest and Eastside communities.
By selecting a strong name, we established a brand grounded in the community. The color palette draws inspiration from the shades present throughout the area. Tattoo Ink Black anchored the palette, while Beerline Trail Green and Ceramic White balanced it with familiar tones. A bold typeface was chosen for the primary logo, paired with a name rooted in local geographic locators—reinforcing a sense of place that’s essential in effective apartment branding.
From good looks to great leases.
ACCELERATING THE STANDARD
To help RW Apartments bring this new brand to life, we developed comprehensive brand standards that define how the identity should be communicated at every touchpoint.
From paint swatches to floor coverings and even outdoor signage, our team collaborated closely with the client’s interior designer to ensure the physical space accurately reflected the brand identity and created a familiar experience for residents.
We then used this eye-catching visual identity to build a full suite of sales and leasing materials. Brochures, flyers, and on-site collateral were designed to highlight the amenity-rich, lifestyle-focused apartment community that future residents can expect. The result is a cohesive apartment-branding system that not only looks great but also supports leasing efforts and strengthens RW Apartments’ long-term market perception.
