We developed a visual identity system that uniquely aligns with the dynamic and edgy traits of the Riverwest and Eastside communities.
By selecting a strong name, we established a brand grounded in the community. The color palette draws inspiration from the shades present throughout the area. Tattoo Ink Black anchored the palette, while Beerline Trail Green and Ceramic White provided balance by incorporating familiar tones. A bold typeface was chosen for the primary logo, complemented by a name rooted in geographic locators. To enhance the versatility of the visuals, we created a family of icons to support the various areas of the apartment complex.
