Suncadia Resort, nestled within the breathtaking Cascade Mountain Range, asked B&Co. to brand a new bar and restaurant at the heart of their resort. Our mission was to reflect the natural beauty of Cle Elum while serving as a warm and welcoming central hub for diners throughout their adventurous stay.

“The Source” branding needed to embrace the essence of Suncadia’s surroundings while offering a warm, approachable dining experience accessible to all visiting guests. The resulting branding balanced a hearty and shareable experience with an organic, simple and sophisticated visual design.


Crafting a simple and organic F&B identity rooted in adventure

STAKE UP AGAINST THE COMPETITION
Our approach centered on creating a grounded brand identity that embraced the natural beauty of the Cascades, visible through The Source’s expansive windows while complementing the comfortable and modern dining experience inside. We drew visual branding inspiration from Cle Elum itself and integrated playful patterns and natural hues into a brand identity that highlighted The Source’s role as both a launching pad for daily adventures and a cozy spot for winding down.
The visual identity features organic shapes and earthy colors, incorporating patterns reminiscent of composition notebooks used for recalling adventures and the grit of a worn trail tracked inside. The color palette was natural and effortless, with tones including Sharable Ceramic, Tabletop Toast, Sandstone, Grass, and Clear Skies, combined with sunrise and sunset hues to reflect the brand’s picturesque landscape. We also integrated colors from Suncadia’s branding to reinforce The Source’s connection to its parent resort.
