2024 was good to us! Every year, we like to take a look back and reflect on the array of numbers that make up a successful past year. Small but mighty has always been our motto, and our year in numbers is a testament to our team’s abilities to work together and deliver excellent work (and have some fun along the way). Here are some facts and figures to put 2024 into focus:
✸ 4,800 Cups of Coffee Brewed
Cups on cups and creamer on creamer flowed like the elixir of life – or perhaps of productivity – through our small office over the course of 2024. Even a cracked coffee pot didn’t stop us. And don’t even get us started on the number of sparkling seltzer waters…
✸ 2,548 Zoom/Teams Calls
In 2024, we averaged between 8 and 16 Zoom and Teams calls a week across our combined calendars! That’s a lot of @Channel and sneaky coffee sipping. Can everyone see our screens? Brigette, you’re still on mute. 😉
✸ 24 Margarita Pitchers
Take a dozen and add… another dozen, and you’ll see the results of our storied B&Co. Margarita Fridays. Sugar on rim or salt, frozen or on the rocks, we did it all – it’s the stuff of legend. Our team continued our monthly B&Co. tradition in 2024 of exploring high and low for the best agave in Milwaukee. And a Diet Coke for Andrea, please!
✸ 13 Brand Books Delivered
In 2024, we tied a bow on 13 brand books for our clients, wrapped up some of our most significant projects yet. From coast to coast (and a few islands), we kept busy putting the finishing touches on Brand concepts across various industries – keeping us on our toes and dipping them into worlds we’ve loved to explore and contribute to over the year.
✸ 9 Pairs of Office Slippers
Salt clung to more rims than pitchers this 2024 as a Milwaukee fall turned into a slushy Wisconsin winter. We’ve adopted a slipper-only atmosphere to keep our office’s new carpets grime-free. Our carpets remain pristine, our office is quiet as a mouse, and moonwalking has increased by 200%.
✸ 9 States Visited
From the lush San Antonio River Walk, to the snowy peaks of Colorado Springs, to the cobblestone streets of Boston, our team visited far and wide. In 2024, we traversed nine states across the continental United States on our way to discovery trips, seminars, keynote speaking events, and more. We remain well-traveled and even better accommodated.
✸ 3 New Faces
If 7 was a crowd, 9 is a party! We swapped out a copywriter and added two new B&Co. members to our ranks in 2024, starting with Drew, our new Copywriter, in January; Lauren, our Graphic Design Intern, joining us in May; and our latest addition, Rachel, our new Account Executive, joining our team in October.
✸ 1 New B&Co. Baby
We celebrated one final surprise in 2024, as our Senior Graphic Designer Josh and his wife, Emily, welcomed their son Soren into the world. We couldn’t wait to meet him!
2024 was a full year filled with laughs, great memories, and even better branding. We look forward to an exciting 2025!
