ENHANCING A HIDDEN GEM
This classic Miami deco building is steps from everything but nestled along Indian Creek apart from the late night party scene. With a private, tranquil pool setting and a modest budget for interior updates, the brand had to be built around the investment made a few years prior during the Palihouse conversion. Leaning into French influence on Art Deco architecture and nodding to its tranquil location, a European twist became a natural evolution of the hotel’s unique, independent positioning.
ESTABLISHING SOMETHING TRULY SPECIAL TO STUMBLE UPON
French for “Lucky Finds,” the word Trouvaille became the inspiration behind the name and the foundation of the new concept. With unique programming, surprise-and-delight guest touch points on property, European menu items served poolside, and playful collateral pieces, we were able to help bring an engaging and sexy brand to life in a way that highlighted the existing character of the property.
As luck would have it, B&Co. had only a few short weeks to develop the brand concept and complete visual identity. Under an accelerated timeline, we were able to produce website graphics, menus, business collateral and everything needed to re-open the doors as Hotel Trouvail. Et voilà! Miami Beach has a new hidden gem.
