Steamboat Springs, and all its magic, has never had a single location where both locals and visitors come together. Steamboat Basecamp had its sights on being the first development to accomplish just that.See The Story

The gateway to the new Steamboat Springs.
At the crossroads of Steamboat’s two main roadways–one into town and the other into the mountains–Basecamp truly is at the center of adventure. The development, consisting of apartments, condos, townhomes, gym, café, taproom and outdoor recreation space, has something for everyone living an active lifestyle in Steamboat Springs.
Basecamp is where adventures begin
A HUB IN STEAMBOAT
A visual identity system was created for the Steamboat Basecamp development as a whole, including logos, brand messaging and web design. Even the townhomes named “The Row” and the apartments named “The Lofts” warranted their own branding. Visual identity for the living spaces drew inspiration from the Basecamp development’s color palette.
Websites were built for Steamboat Basecamp, The Row and The Lofts. Website architecture and content was strategically and thoroughly discussed, as all sites contained external links to the next. The goal was to create a consistent branded user experience across three sites with clear calls to action on each.
The property will lease out space to local café, fitness and brewery vendors to create a true crossroads of vibrancy among the Steamboat community. The people of Steamboat Springs say they stay because of the “Yampa Valley magic.” Well, every valley needs a Basecamp.
